Project Management
A project manager has many things to do. For instance, creating and adapting the project plan, risk management, budget management, tracking the progress, reporting the project status, communicating with stakeholders, attending meetings, solving issues, and so on. Some big companies have a project management office (PMO) that supports project managers with administrative tasks. Especially if a project manager is also involved in development, the project documentation may come up short.
Certified in Prince2 and as an experienced IT trainer I can support your project management needs.
Project Documentation
- Do you have no time to update your project documentation, project plans, issue lists, etc.?
- Do you need someone who tracks the project progress and writes status reports?
- Do you need a quality assurance for the project documentation (proofreading)?
- Do you need support for other tasks in your IT or software project (e.g. writing requirements, testing, training, or documentation)?
